The Kanye West Russia concerts planned for St. Petersburg are off. Say Agency, the Moscow-based promoter, confirmed on Telegram that the Ye shows set for Oct. 10 and 11 at Gazprom Arena “will not be able to take place,” The Hollywood Reporter reported.

Why the Kanye West Russia Concerts Fell Through
The promoter did not give a specific reason in its statement, according to The Hollywood Reporter. It said an official update on the project and future plans would come later.
The 80,000-capacity arena said in August that it never signed a rental agreement for the shows, Complex reported. Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova also criticized the plan, pointing to West’s past comments praising Hitler.
What Fans and Ticket Holders Should Know
Complex reported that Say Agency committed to refunds for ticket holders. Another report said refunds would start Oct. 12, but the promoter had not publicly confirmed that date.
No new dates have been announced, and a representative for West did not respond to The Hollywood Reporter’s request for comment.
A Turbulent 2026 Tour
The cancellation adds to a bumpy run of dates. West has performed this year in the United States, the Netherlands, Turkey, Albania, Spain, Portugal and Kazakhstan, Complex reported, while shows in India, Poland and France were scrapped and the UK barred him from London’s Wireless Festival.
