The Clockwork film label is expected to remain part of the studio lineup as Paramount and Warner Bros. combine under Skydance. Christian Parkes will continue leading the specialty division, Deadline reported Oct. 5.

Deadline said an internal Paramount list included the label, which Warner Bros. established in December 2025. Parkes previously led marketing at Neon. His division was developed for filmmakers working with moderate budgets, with an initial target of two or three films annually.

Where the Clockwork film label fits

Parkes will report to Paramount Pictures co-chairs Dana Goldberg and Josh Greenstein, according to Deadline. The report said the division would operate alongside Paramount’s global acquisitions business and Republic Pictures. Paramount did not respond to the outlet’s request for comment.

Our reports on the combined film studio leadership and the Paramount merger’s legal challenges provide context for the transition.

Three titles on the slate

The label’s official website lists these films:

1. “The Devils”

A 4K restoration of Ken Russell’s 1971 film is scheduled for theaters Oct. 16. Oliver Reed and Vanessa Redgrave star.

2. “Ti Amo!”

Sean Baker wrote and directed the film. The website lists its release as coming soon, without a specific date.

3. “The Brigands of Rattlecreek”

Park Chan-wook directs the western, whose cast includes Matthew McConaughey, Pedro Pascal, Austin Butler and Tang Wei. Its release date is also listed as coming soon.
