The My Happy Marriage special arrives Oct. 25 on Netflix, with all three episodes releasing at once and a newly revealed opening theme.
A main promo video released this week revealed the opening song, “Shiawase de Namida ga Deru no wa.” by riria, Anime News Network reported. Kashitaro Ito performs the ending song, “Prelude no Temae ni: ~for me&you~.”

Reina Ueda returns as Miyo Saimori and Kaito Ishikawa returns as Kiyoka Kudou. M.A.O joins as a new character, Kimio Nagaba, described as an old classmate of Miyo, according to Soap Central.
Kinema Citrus produces the special. Takehiro Kubota directs, and Evan Call composes the music.

The special continues the story of Miyo and Kiyoka, set in Japan’s Taisho era. The first season premiered July 5, 2023, and the second season followed Jan. 6, 2025 on Netflix.
