DK survived multiple scares during their LCK series against DRX, caused by their players’ mistakes. Siwoo’s performance was better than in previous weeks, but he is still prone to vital errors. The gap between GenG and NS was on display during their series, as GenG ended both games before Baron spawned on the rift.

LCK 2025: GenG Versus Nongshim

Initial Prediction

GenG 2-0 NS

Result

GenG 2-0 NS

Summary

It never seems to get better for NS and KT against the top three teams of the LCK. No matter how hard NS tried in this series to make something happen, GenG always came out on top. Whether that was through outplaying NS or getting more value on the crossmap, GenG did it better. The second game was over after four minutes, with the failed dive from Gideon, Lehends, and Jiwoo. Ruler’s phenomenal form since MSI continues, alongside Duro, who set up nearly everything for GenG. Hopefully, NS are not discouraged from this series and that they bring their all against KT later this week.

LCK 2025: Dplus Versus DRX

Initial Prediction

DK 2-1 DRX

Result

DK 2-0 DRX

Summary

The majority of this series was pure chaos. DK surged to a significant gold lead in game one, despite early kills for Teddy. In classic DK fashion, they decided to give DRX a route back. After Siwoo secured the last hit on the Chemtech soul, he rose to save the game and got a pentakill in a 2v5 base defence. DK and DRX decided to play tennis in League of Legends in the second game, going back and forth between who had control. The game abruptly ended after DRX tried to turn a 5v4 into a game three. However, they split up to allow DK to decimate them, and DK ended the series.
