A new city, a new look, but the same championship expectations. After relocating from Atlanta to Las Vegas, the iconic FaZe brand enters the 2026 Call of Duty League season with a retooled roster built for one purpose: winning championships. Following a dominant start to the 2025 season that fizzled out, FaZe Vegas made significant changes, parting ways with two legendary players to bring in fresh, elite talent. This is a superteam on paper, and anything less than consistent tournament victories will be seen as a disappointment.

FaZe Vegas Roster Overview

FaZe Vegas has reloaded its roster by combining two of its championship-winning mainstays with a dynamic duo from one of last season’s top teams. The result is a god-squad armed with incredible slaying power, experience, and versatility, poised to reclaim the top spot in the league.

The 2026 FaZe Vegas starting roster is:

  • Main AR: Zack “Drazah” Jordan
  • Flex: Jordan “Abuzah” François
  • SMG: Chris “Simp” Lehr
  • SMG: Jovan “04” Rodriguez

Key Players to Watch

Simp & Drazah: The retained core of this FaZe roster, Simp and Drazah are two of the most dominant players in the CDL. Simp is a generational talent, a multi-time world champion whose game sense and slaying ability are second to none. Drazah, who joined before the 2025 season, is a top-tier AR player known for his vocal leadership and clutch factor. The dynamic between these two established superstars will be the bedrock of the team’s success. Their ability to lead and integrate the new pieces will be paramount.

Abuzah & 04 (04 pronounced “O-four”): The new additions to FaZe Vegas come from the highly successful Vancouver Surge team. Abuzah was a breakout star, establishing himself as one of the most versatile and impactful flex players in the league. His ability to excel with any weapon in hand makes him a perfect fit for the FaZe system. Alongside him is 04, a relentlessly aggressive and talented SMG player. This duo proved they could compete and win at the highest level, and now joining forces with Simp and Drazah, they have the potential to form the most fearsome foursome in the CDL.

Strengths and Weaknesses

Strengths:
The overwhelming strength of this roster is its sheer, unadulterated talent. On paper, this is arguably the most skilled team in the league, with four players who can individually take over a map at any moment. Their slaying potential is off the charts, and they should be able to overpower most opponents through pure gunskill. The team also has a perfect blend of championship experience (Simp, Drazah) and hungry, top-tier talent (Abuzah, 04).

Weaknesses:
The biggest potential weakness for a team this talented is chemistry and ego management. While all four are elite players, they must learn to play as a cohesive unit. Historically, superteams can sometimes struggle if roles are not clearly defined or if individual playstyles clash. They will be playing with the pressure of massive expectations from day one, and any sign of weakness will be heavily scrutinized. Their ability to build a selfless, team-first system will be their biggest test.

Season Outlook

The expectation for FaZe Vegas is simple: championships. This roster was not built to just compete; it was built to dominate. They are the odds-on favorite to win multiple Major tournaments and be the team to beat for the 2026 World Championship. With an almost unbelievable amount of talent, anything less than a top-two finish at any given event will be considered an underperformance.

Look for FaZe Vegas to be an absolute powerhouse from the very start of the Black Ops 7 season. They have the skill, experience, and star power to set the standard for excellence in the CDL. The only team that can realistically beat FaZe Vegas on any given Sunday might just be themselves.
